How do I replace the auger belt on my Craftsman snowblower?

A-Game Guy asked:

I cannot seem to slip on the new auger belt for the Craftsman C950-52919-0 9 hp 27 inch snowblower. The idler assembly (pulley) seems to be in the way. I can shift the pulley slightly but the assembly is too close to the impeller pulley. Any tips for installing the new belt?

My Yard Machine Snowblower will not start. What am I doing wrong?

Last time I started it - it worked. I have the choke off - the throttle on high - and primed it several times. What does it mean - to flood it? If I flooded it, what can I do? I’m a woman - and have NEVER had to deal with this before. Got hit with a blizzard! HELP?

What type of oil goes into my snowblower?

Have a Murray Performance 5hp/24 snowblower model# 624504×5c and owners manual says to change oil but not what type or how much(obviously til it’s full,lol). Should it be 5w-30 or 30 lawnmower oil or something else? Thanks for your help all! And setting up for winter run!
