Toro is hard to beat. They also own Lawn Boy so you already know their standards for quality. Ariens also makes a great snowblower. I would be comfortable with either of these brands. Brands I would avoid are Craftsman, Mtd and Husqvarna.

I live in the US, but this one should work. It may be slightly more expensive than your budget:

Good luck!!

I couldn't find any reference to a 4v designation for motor oil. If your engine is a 4 cycle such as a Briggs and Stratton, the recommended oil is an API class oil with SF-SJ designations. The vescosity should be SAE 5W30 below 32 degrees and SAE 30 above 32 degrees.
Don't put anything else in it. The container will clearly display the above ratings.

My favorite ***** up in this country is the untapped methane gas/fumes pouring out of all our landfills....can be converted for cars/trucks, yet big oil & gov. won't use it on a large scale either. Another greedy joke played on us.~ ethanol *****. ~ I agree with you to.**EDIT Thumbs down? Think it out first...if your really able to. ** Ethanol eats plastic & rubber gaskets too. So go chew on that one too.
