This was a expensive snowblower that used to work great, now
it seems every year we are having problems. New or fix? Is Arens

I don’t understand your question. You have a problem with trannies blowing snow? And who are We? What is your relationship with a ****** named Aren?

Ariens are excellent snowblowers. You might try bringing it to a local Ariens dealer and asking them to take a look and see what’s wrong.
They might charge an hour of labor or something just to check it out.

If it’s at all salvageable, and not completely out of sight financially I’d do it. A new 8 horse Ariens will take you back about $1300, so if you can fix the old one for even $500, it might be worth it. It could buy you another year or two before you have to get a new machine.

My dad had his first Ariens for nearly 35 years. He just bought a new Ariens like 5 years ago, and has had no troubles with it. That company definitely makes a good product. It would be worth it to try and fix it.
