		<description>No, that won't work.  I you have debris in the carb you should remove the carb, disassemble it and clean it properly with a good solvent.  Reassemble using a rebuild kit.  While your doing that you should make sure  that the fuel tank and lines are clean also.  Than get a funnel with a screen in it.</description>

If that doesn't work, drain the fuel tank, then spray it out with a can of Dust Remover (find it in the computer department at Walmart, Best Buy, etc).  

Then do the same with the gas line. 

I always run my tank dry at the end of the season to get avoid this (the debris often comes from chemicals in the gas changing into solids with age).  But I have some elderly neighbors who don't, and have trouble with their gas powered lawn mowers and snowblowers every year.
