what do you think of my game idea and would it be a good game for the Wii?

It sounds a lot like many FPS mods out there, based on capture the flag or paintball missions. Still, you at least have a foundation that can be built upon to make it more marketable. Adding snow, building around playlot drama, adding goofy physicis, and other goodies could make it a viable product.
Try and flesh it out further by building more game scenerios, writing plot and dialoge, drawing up some mockups… And, be sure to get it all down on paper, time stamp it all, and show a few people you trust. If you really think you’ll persue development of this game idea, consider registering appropriate copyrights so nobody swipes your stuff.
