		<description>Try Slip Plate.  I asked that question years ago when I lived off-the-grid in the mountains and used draft horses to pull a 1923 model road-grader to clear the roads of snow.  Snow stuck to the blade AND the metal wheels.  Tried WD-40, PAM cooking spray and ArmorAll.  Slip Plate did the trick.</description>
